H\u00e4ll \u00f6ver \u00f6len, s\u00e5 att den lagom t\u00e4cker kryddorna, och l\u00e5t koka tills \u00f6len n\u00e4stan kokat in helt. \u00d6ppna flaskan med br\u00e4nnvin och h\u00e4ll i allt och tills\u00e4tt str\u00f6sockret.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5t gl\u00f6ggen bli varm. INTE KOKA!!!! Under tiden v\u00e4rmer man en stekpanna och h\u00e4ller i ett par matskedar str\u00f6socker i den samma. Bryn sockret tills det sm\u00e4lt ock antagit en vacker f\u00e4rg. H\u00e4ll i det brynta sockret och konjaken i kastrullen med den varma gl\u00f6ggen.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e4nd en t\u00e4ndsticka \u00f6ver kastrullen och br\u00e4nn av gl\u00f6ggen n\u00e5gra sekunder. F\u00f6rsiktighet anmodas samt ett t\u00e4ttslutande lock i n\u00e4rheten. L\u00e5t sedan st\u00e5 \u00f6ver natten.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4sta dag silas kryddorna bort fr\u00e5n gl\u00f6ggen. Mandeln och russinen sparas och anv\u00e4ndes som tilltugg eller i gl\u00f6ggen. Avnjut gl\u00f6ggen hellst i ensamhet, bakom granen, annars \u00e4r risken stor att ni blir utan.<\/p>\n<p>Gl\u00f6ggen \u00e4r dessutom ypperlig som julsnaps, givetvis kyld.
