Du beh\u00f6ver bara r\u00f6ra tills allt blandats ihop ordentligt. T\u00e4ck bunken med plast och st\u00e4ll den i kylen \u00f6ver natten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u00e5 morgonen<br \/>\n<\/strong>Skrapa ur degen p\u00e5 ett ordentligt mj\u00f6lat bakbord. Dra ut degen till en l\u00e5ng rektangel, ungef\u00e4r 10 cm bred och 40 cm l\u00e5ng. Vik sedan ihop den p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden s\u00e5 att den blir cirka 5 x 40 cm, det \u00e4r inte s\u00e5 noga. Pensla p\u00e5 lite vatten, str\u00f6 p\u00e5 solrosfr\u00f6n. S\u00e4tt nu p\u00e5 ugnen p\u00e5 275 grader (eller s\u00e5 varmt det g\u00e5r) och l\u00e5t degen vila medan ugnen blir riktigt varm, ungef\u00e4r 30 minuter kan vara lagom. L\u00e5t en pl\u00e5t st\u00e5 i ugnen under tiden.<\/p>\n<p>Ta ut pl\u00e5ten ur ugnen och st\u00e4ll den p\u00e5 spisen eller p\u00e5 n\u00e5gra grytunderl\u00e4gg. Dela degen i sm\u00e5 bitar med en bakspade (har man ingen g\u00e5r en stekspade eller osthyvel alldeles utm\u00e4rkt) och l\u00e4gg degkluttarna p\u00e5 den heta pl\u00e5ten. Eftersom pl\u00e5ten \u00e4r varm kommer br\u00f6den inte fastna, men om man vill kan man f\u00f6rst\u00e5s l\u00e4gga ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper emellan.<\/p>\n<p>Och s\u00e5 skjuts in i ugnen! L\u00e5t br\u00f6den st\u00e5 inne tills de f\u00e5tt ordentligt med f\u00e4rg p\u00e5 ovan- och undersidan. Mina stod inne 13 minuter.
